NEW WORLD ORDER AND THEYRE SATANIC PLANS FOR PEOPLE OF THE WORLD: COMING OF THE ANTICHRIST SETUP

This indicates that the conquest of the United States is not necessarily the beginning of the New World Order for Europe. The United States would need to be conquered if the New World Order were to be set up, but the purpose of conquering the United States is simply to get it diffused as an independent country so it cannot or does not wish to resist the implementation of the New World Order.

As for Europe, under the New World Order, the Bilderbergers are an organization that has been created, much as the Council Of Foreign Relation and Trilateralists in the United states was created, to bring these countries into the New World Order. The Bilderbergers as a great arm of the New World Order, to help secure Europe and those countries relating to the Bilderbergers into the New World Order.

You must understand that the New World Order is generally an outgrowth of the Rothschild banking and political powers, who set up or greatly set up with the help of other organizations, the Communist control of Russia, who also set up the control of the Nazis in Germany during World War II by helping to fund the Nazi movement along with others, such as Henry Ford and some other large financiers of the world.

This indicates that the Nazi movement and Communist movement, both being funded from these Rothschild wealth and power base, were but experiments and early efforts to establish some kind of purpose in bringing the great powers of Europe under control of the financial institutions owned by and controlled by the Rothschilds. The Rockefellers, who are often seen as competitors with the Rothschilds, are actually quite small in relation to the power and wealth of the Rothschilds, and could be squashed very easily by the Rothschilds powers.

This indicates the Rockefellers forces include the Council Of Foreign Relations and the Trilaterist organizations, and these are helping to promote the New World Order. The Rothschild are promoting the New World Order under Zionism, and Bilderbergers and certain Mafia contacts and through most of the banking establishments, and therefore, even regardless of what happens in the United States, and the various countries of Europe will have their own problems relating to the controls being established through the Rothschild forces and the European economic system.

The European community will be brought together as a large conglomerate of nations and will begin to have greater breakdown of boundaries as the nations are emasculated or diffused in terms of individuality. The definitions of each nation will begin to blur as the economics of Europe begin to spread and the boundaries are diminished whereby entities can travel from one country to another without passports or without excessive need for the usual customs evaluations that occurs at borders.

This indicates that the same will eventually encompass many of the Russian and Eastern countries in Europe, and eventually it is planned to encompass all of Asia. This Awareness indicates that the plan calls for the establishment of ten regions of the world; these are what has been referred to in the Book of Revelation as the "Ten Horns of the Beast".

This indicates within the United States there will also be, according to the plan, Ten Regions, and these are that which is referred to in the Book of Revelation as the Smaller Beast that forces the masses to worship the larger beast. This Awareness indicates that in this sense, the UN, being funded mostly by United States money, is being promoted by the lesser beast, and when the lesser beast, the United Sates, becomes the New Republic, or the country having ten regions instead of 50 states, this country will then become more or less an enforcer of UN rules around the globe.

hOW u.S Taxpayers will fund The New World Order:

There will be of course be cooperation from other countries who will help to supply troops, but much of the funding for such action of the UN will come from the United States. This Awareness indicates that it appears most of the funding, or the largest portion, will come from the United States, at least during the earlier stages of UN activity and world police enforcement.

This indicates that this does not mean that the United States will be sending troops into Europe to enforce the New World Order on all of the people in all of the countries; it does not mean that the United States will become a new form of Nazi Germany on world conquest for itself. It means rather, that the United States will help to fund the United Nations in its various global projects in trying to bring resistance nations under control of the UN, and Europe itself will be organized slowly and gradually by the Rothschild organizations and the various leaders of countries who are working with these Rothschild energies as they convert their countries into aspects of the New World Order.


Many of the countries of Europe will be asked to donate troops and money to the UN, and thus strengthen the UN as the centralized world-governing body to allow it greater power to conquer the rest of the world for the super-wealthy; there being approximately 13 families involved in this world conquest; the Rothschilds being the most notable of these families.

the concept of a United Europe is not that different from the concept of a United States. The states in the United States Union were essentially and originally individual sovereign states that joined together in a kind of a union. To say "United States" is much like saying "Union of States." This Awareness indicates that the idea of a union of states was pure and could be very beneficial, but when the union of states get controlled from outside by the United States of America, Incorporated, in Washington D.C., whose jurisdiction in reality should only be its own ten square miles of territory, and when this union of states lets that corporation begin to rule them, because the corporation is capable of giving them large sums of money if they yield to their control, then a problem is developed.

They are selling their souls to the devil, in a sense. The same can be said for Europe. If these countries, which are sovereign independent countries, join together, and if, in their joining together they allow some external corporation or country or organization or force to begin dictating to them, then they have lost something very important: their own sovereignty, their own right to make their own decisions. This Awareness indicates that first it may be very insignificant and unimportant. The decisions that are made may not be of great concern, but the time will come when the outside force begins to dictate heavier and heavier policies, imposing restrictions on these independent countries, so that freedoms, which were once commonplace, are no longer allowed.


This reminds you that in 1933, Adolf Hitler spoke of a New World Order, seeing that it was his destiny to bring about a New World Order. This Awareness indicates you should also know that George Bush's father was one who helped finance Adolf Hitler into power and that George Bush belonged to the Skull and Bones Society in Yale University, which was an offshoot of the Skull and Bones Society in Nazi Germany.

NEW WORLD ORDER WILL BE WORSE THAN HITTLER

 the movement of the Nazis across Europe in Hitler's effort to promote the New World Order by force, by invading country after another, and by subjugating the various countries in different ways, should give you some indication as to what to expect in a New World Order, even though it will be much worse in modern times than in Hitler's times, because the equipment, the technology for mass control or mass murder, is much more advanced now than it was in Hitler's time.

This indicates that if indeed your United Europe could unite with a focus on freedoms and the preservation of freedoms under some kind of constitution that guaranteed these freedoms and the rights of individuals, it could be most beneficial. But if it is simply a joining together for economic purposes and political controls, be very wary, for it is quite likely that these political controls will begin to become imprisonment controls, keeping entities under greater and greater control for the purpose of certain individuals..

the Rothschild's headquarters are on a certain grounds that are independent of the British and of England. They are essentially sovereign territory areas so that  the Rothschilds cannot be controlled by the English laws because they are on land that is sovereign or separate from that of England, much the way the areas know as Washington D.C. is separate from the states, and therefore technically, those committing crimes against the states, who live in Washington D.C., cannot be held for treason until they are brought back to their own state, or the neighboring states.

As long as they are on foreign land, Washington D.C., these are not under the laws of the U.S,. Constitution or the States Constitution. Likewise, the Rothschilds are on foreign land in England and cannot be hold accountable to English law. This Awareness indicates that this is a way by which they create their own empire in the middle of London and carry on their mischief in such a way that allows them to be immune to any prosecution from English law, regardless of their fraud or misinterpretation or other crimes.

as long as entities understand this as being the Horn of the Beast or the Head of the Beast and can recognize the importance of staying separate from the Rothschild influence and creating a union of countries, they can do great things in the preservation of freedom in the future. But, you must realize too that the Rothschild agents are like cockroaches crawling around your home. These cockroaches crawl as over Europe; they are everywhere. They are all around the world: in the United States, in Europe, in Asia, in Africa, in Japan and the Orient. They are constantly maneuvering and working for the Rothschild purposes.


When I speak of the Rothschild purposes, It refers also to those cohorts, the other 12 super-wealthy families that associate or ride the coat-tails of the Rothschilds There are many families, but there are essentially 13 major families.

wIKILEAKS REPORT: FBI HUNTS DOWN THE 9/11 GANG THAT HAS GOTTEN AWAY NO NOT BUSH AND CHENNEY NOT YET AT LEAST

Secret documents reveal that the three Qatari men conducted surveillance on the targets, provided “support” to the plotters and had tickets for a flight to Washington on the eve of the atrocities.

The suspected terrorists flew from London to New York on a British Airways flight three weeks before the attacks.

They allegedly carried out surveillance at the World Trade Centre, the White House and in Virginia, the US state where the Pentagon and CIA headquarters are located.

Ten days later they flew to Los Angeles, where they stationed themselves in a hotel near the airport which the FBI has now established was paid for by a “convicted terrorist”, who also paid for their airline tickets.

Hotel staff have told investigators they saw pilot uniforms in their room along with computer print outs detailing pilot names, flight numbers and times and packages addressed to Syria, Afghanistan, Jerusalem and Jordan.

On September 10 they were booked on an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Washington, but failed to board. The following day the same Boeing 757 aircraft was hijacked by five terrorists and crashed into the Pentagon.
But, instead of boarding the American flight, the Qatari suspects – named as Meshal Alhajri, Fahad Abdulla and Ali Alfehaid - flew back to London on a British Airways flight before returning to Qatar. Their current location is unknown.
Investigators are also hunting a fourth man, Mohamed Al Mansoori, who they say supported the alleged terrorist cell while they were in the US.
The man, who is from the United Arab Emirates, previously lived in Long Beach, Los Angeles. His current location is also unknown, and US officials recommended that he is put on an international terror watch list because he “may pose a threat to aviation in the US and abroad”.
The details of the secret 9/11 team have emerged in a secret American government document obtained by the Wikileaks website and passed to The Daily Telegraph. It was sent between the American Embassy in Doha and the Department for Homeland Security in Washington.
The document, sent on 11th February 2010, states: “Mr Al Mansoori is currently under investigation by the FBI for his possible involvement in the 11 September 2001 attacks. He is suspected of aiding people who entered the US before the attacks to conduct surveillance of possible targets and providing other support to the hijackers.”
Details of the unknown 9/11 alleged plotters has never previously been disclosed. An official inquiry into the 9/11 attacks, which killed nearly 3,000 people, indicated that the hijackers may have received assistance in Los Angeles but investigators did not publicly provide more details.
The 9/11 Commission report, published in July 2004, states that at least two of the hijackers previously visited Los Angeles but, at the time, investigators appeared to have little information on their movements. The report states they had a "brief stay in Los Angeles about which we know little".
Only one person – Zacarias Moussaoui - has been tried and convicted over involvement in the 9/11 attacks as all the terrorists died in the crashed planes. Moussaoui, accused of being the twentieth hijacker, was sentenced to life in prison.
The secret American document contains detailed information about the movements of the three alleged Qatari plotters.
They took BA flight 185 from London to New York on 15th August, 2001, and the memo alleges that they subsequently conducted “surveillance” on potential targets ahead of the 9/11 attacks. It states: “They visited the World Trade Centre, the Statue of Liberty, the White House and various areas in Virginia.”

On a Letter to Mr. Springer

he topic I am addressing is somewhat volatile, to say the least. People have strong emotions pro and con as to whether the Illuminati are real. That said, I will give you a little background info, feel free to share this with readers. Also, my column at http://www.Suite101.com (I have a column on ritual abuse; do a search on ‘svali’) has numerous articles on this topic if people want to learn more.

1. I was born in 1957 in Alexandria, Virginia. I lived briefly in a small town about an hour away from Washington, DC, then moved to a 500 acre farm in northern Virginia when my mother married my stepfather. Both my mother and my stepfather were members of this group. It is a very generational group. My mother sat on the regional council over the Washington, DC area   and was in the “spiritual chair” (the Illuminati have 6 chairs on their ascended masters council: Sciences, Government, Leadership, Scholarship, Spiritual, and Military.)

These also correlate to the areas that children are taught growing up in this group. They believe in “well rounded” children. The “spiritual” rituals, or occult rituals, were only one small part of the teaching of this group, the other five areas are also equally emphasized. I spent more time learning history, languages, and sciences than I did seeing rituals, although they were      important to the group.

2. I went to school in Charlottesville, Va. 1975 to 1981, where I received a BSN in nursing, and a BA in Spanish ( I got two degrees). This is also a place where a lot intense abuse and occultic crime occurred, on an estate about 10 miles south west of Charlottesville going towards Crowley, Virginia.

3. After graduation, I went to San Diego in 1981 ( I was called there by the leadership there, they were strong in military training but weak in sciences, which was my forte). I came and sat on leadership council, I was the sixth head trainer there (the lowest head trainer) and had 30 trainers in the local groups reporting to me. Leadership council met in Ramona, Ca. on an estate there that belonged to a man named Jonathan Meiers.

When I went to the police in 1996 (after I had left the group) sure enough, there was an estate there belonging to someone with that name. One of his cult names was “Black Hand” because he wore black gloves when he worked with people.



He was the head trainer in the group, and one of the most sadistic and brutal people I ever knew. He burned out most of the trainers that worked with him, and I made it because I had a friend on leadership council who hated him and helped me undermine him (the Illuminati are a very political and back stabbing group, a “dog eat dog” mentality; everyone wants to move up ). Her cult name was Athena.

After years (12) of working with Jonathan, I moved up to the second head trainer position in the county. Jonathan was getting ready to move to regional, and he wanted me to take his place. But he and I also despised each other, and he set me up to take a fall. That’s a whole different story, and was one of the factors that made me leave the group. I left the group in 1995, sick of the lying, deceiving, and politics, and fearful for my life. I fled to Texas, and went through therapy with Dr. Jerry Mundgaze    and his group. But unfortunately, they didn’t know how to help “deprogram me”, or as Dr. Mundgaze told me, “you are higher than almost anyone we have seen, and more programmed.”

I remembered so much, and he had never heard of it and had no idea how to help (definitely no suggesting of memories there, most of mine occurred spontaneously, AT HOME. I have never been hypnotized or age regressed, all of my memories have occurred in the course of daily life).

I spent a year intensely deprogramming myself. I was a head programmer, or trainer, so I used my knowledge to undo what was done to me. I also became enraged as I realized that the abuse I had endured (and done to others) was NOT normal, was used to manipulate me, etc.

My book is based on my memories as an ADULT in this group. I was a perpetrator, and I now regret it considerably. It is my restitution before God as I expose what this group does and stands for. I also wrote it for therapists, to help them understand the group and its methodologies, since it was so difficult to hear from a nationally known ritual abuse center, “we don’t know   what to do…”. I based it on what I did to heal.

Two years ago, my children were on visitation with me and disclosed their abuse to me. I went to CPS, and the case was closed, because the worker said she didn’t believe in ritual abuse! My ex came to get the children (he could have put me in federal prison for not giving the children back, since the San Diego court system blatantly states that they do not believe in ritual abuse, and in EVERY case of alleged RA, the children are given to the allegedly abusing parent).

The children confronted him in person. He turned white as a sheet, said, “you really don’t want to go back to “family”, they said “no”. He then fled to California, quit his job, and moved out here and is in therapy for RA and DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). My children are also in therapy, and healing rapidly. My now 12 year old son is almost completely integrated, and happier than he has ever been before; my 16 year old daughter has some tough issues to face, such as the sexual abuse she endured. But God has been faithful in His healing work in all of our lives.

I wish that this was just “made up”. That it weren’t real. But it is. There is too much documentation of this occurring (I can send you an URL for documented convicted RA cases). My greatest regret is that I was used by this group, after a lifetime of teaching, to be a perpetrator of the worst kind. I used to torture and abuse others, believing that I was “helping” them.

Now, I realize that what I did was wrong, I have asked God’s forgiveness. And am committed to exposing this group through my writing. I am also a professional writer in the medical field, was a registered nurse for 18+ years, and currently work as an ESL teacher, health educator, and freelance author (on non abuse topics!). I hope this is enough background info, it is the truth before God and men. If you need any other, that won’t compromise my anonymity or my children’s protection, please let me know.

PS. My younger sister remembers being tied up on a stone altar at the age of 3, with a gag in her mouth, and being raped. She also remembers our paternal grandmother taking her to friends, who used her sexually at the ages of 3 to 5. She became an alcoholic at age 13, after trying to commit suicide 7 times by age 12. My older brother has NO memories of ANYTHING AT ALL before age 20, his life is a complete blank. He does believe that our father was a perverse and strange man. This brother was cut down from our garage when he was 8, and tried to hang himself.

My oldest brother is on the run, afraid to live anywhere for more than a few months, because he believes they want to “get him.” He also tried to commit suicide many times as a young child. This is somewhat corroborating evidence, as well as the fact that both of my children dream in German at night (that is the language they speak in the Illuminati) and have NEVER heard it in the daytime.

ALIEN DISCLOSURE FROM SOLDIERS

Witness testimony from more than 120 former or retired military personnel points to an ongoing and alarming intervention by unidentified aerial objects at nuclear weapons sites, as recently as 2003. The Illuminati and its Points

The point is that the Illuminati  is the super-rich Power Elite with an ambition to maintain the slave society they have been working so hard to accomplish over the millennia!

[ii] ^ The term "New World Order", just like the term "Illuminati", has been used by at least two different groups, meaning basically two different things:

1) A goal to put an end to the current Order (called "The Old World Order" - OWO), which is considered evil and anti-survival, and therefore the current power elite needs to be overthrown and their Old World Order to be destroyed and replaced with a benevolent "New World Order". The goal is a humanity-friendly One World Government. The means putting an end to the current Old World Order with violence, if necessary.

Personally, I don't agree with using violence to stop the Old World Order, as I am more into a spiritual solution (see elsewhere on my website), but I want to make my readers aware of that there IS a group calling themselves "The Illuminati", who want to replace the current Old World Order (the Rothschilds, Rockefellers etc.) with a benevolent New World Order, where people are no longer slaves to this Power Elite.

2) A goal to create a micro-chipped society, so that they more easily can maintain the current Order that they have created throughout the millennia. This is the "New World Order" the Bush's, the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, Gordon Brown, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski and others are supporting and working on maintaining. This is also the "New World Order" I am fighting against via this website.

Just like in the case with the term "Illuminati", this second group has confused researchers and truth seekers by using the basically benevolent term "New World Order" for their negative and malevolent goals. This has made it harder for the Resistance to operate, because both "The Illuminati" and the "New World Order" have been used as a propaganda for the Dark Side and everything connected to these two terms now are perceived as negative.

BARRACK HUSSEIN OBAMA A CIA AGENT?? PART II

Obama’s background would have been relatively insignificant if he hadn’t been chosen as a presidential candidate by the bankers. But, with funding from George Soros and other international bankers who wish to establish global governance, he ran for office. Obviously there would be records that revealed some very personal details of his life. Passport records are particularly revealing. John O. Brennan, Obama’s top terrorism and intelligence adviser is the owner of The Analysis Corp., the firm that was cited in March 2008 for penetrating the files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain in the State Department’s passport office.

Investigators maintain that the target of this illegal activity was Obama’s passport file for the sole purpose of cleansing the records of information that would jeopardize Obama’s candidacy. The breach of the passport records of the other candidates was to create confusion. Brennan was, at the time, an unpaid advisor working with Obama’s campaign. Passport files include an applicant’s name, gender, social security number, date and place of birth, and passport number. Additional information may include birth certificates, naturalization certificates, or oaths of allegiance for U.S.-born persons who adopted the citizenship of a foreign country as minors. The Senate Foreign Relations Committee oversees the State Department. Joseph Biden, now Obama’s Vice President, was the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at the time of the breach.8

The State Department passport records were scrubbed to erase any mention of Obama’s CIA activities and his personal information. The State Department employee, Lt. Quarle Harris, Jr. who had access and apparently scrubbed the records, was killed.9 Harris decided to cooperate with the FBI who was investigating the break-in. His body was discovered in his parked car; he had been shot in the head, execution style.10 The Indonesian passport, issued in the name of Barry Soetoro, was used to travel to Pakistan to assist the Afghan Mujahideen during the U.S. buildup.11

The CIA is not an intelligence-gathering agency. The Truman Administration authorized “psychological warfare” by the newly established National Security Council in NSC 4-A of December 1947 which allowed covert operations during peacetime. This document made the CIA Director responsible for psychological warfare and placed it under the exclusive direction of the Executive Branch. The CIA has unvouchered funds which allow the agency to operate without exposure or Congressional oversight.12

With pressure from the Departments of State and Defense, a new NSC directive, NSC 10/2 was issued on June 18, 1948. This new directive stipulated that the CIA could conduct “covert” and “psychological” operations both of which were sponsored by the U.S. Government against foreign states or groups. However, these activities should be “planned and executed in such a way as to provide plausible deniability if revealed. In mid February 2010, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs alerted the reporters who regularly cover the White House that certain questions were forbidden including Obama’s job with CIA front company, Business International Corporation (BIC), following his attendance at Columbia University; Obama’s school records while he attended Occidental College in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1981, and his records at Columbia.14 Wayne Madsen states that his Kabul sources claim that President Obama has maintained a personal correspondence with a private military company (PMC) whose senior personnel includes numerous Afghan Mujahideen-Soviet war veterans who fought with the late Northern Alliance commander Ahmad Shah Massoud who became Afghanistan’s Defense Minister in 1992 and was assassinated on September 9, 2001, allegedly by al-Qaeda agents. The firm is also involved in counter-insurgency operations in Colombia, where Obama is building seven new military bases, and in Iraq.

After seeing this movie at an University of Oregon symposium I am shaking my head at how easy it is to manipulate the mass population, whether it is by the right or the left, and whether they are on guard. I never connected the dots before on how easy it is to sell war and just how gullible we all are.

This movie should be shown in every critical thinking class at both the high school and college level. It is a wake up call for all of us to protect ourselves from the subtle, effective media propaganda that influences us in just about all our decisions.

Tense nervous headache? Always run down and irritable? Not feeling yourself? Well maybe that’s because you’re not yourself, rather, you are being controlled from somewhere else by someone or something else.

A few years ago the BBC program “Tomorrow’s World" featured a man whose Parkinson’s Disease symptoms could be controlled by pressing a switch on a handset which in turn operated a tiny device implanted into his brain. No more shaking, no more tears.

This is the friendly, caring side of neural implants, but many people believe that dark forces are at work, trying to take over the minds of their targeted subjects via tiny objects inserted into various parts of the body. Even worse, these sinister controllers are beaming strong electromagnetic rays into the minds of innocent victims, influencing their thoughts and emotions.

These shadowy forces take many forms:

• some say that it’s intelligence agencies like the CIA

• others that it’s a secret cabal plotting for control of the world’s population

Warnings of new forms of mind control are not just the rantings of so-called ‘conspiracy theorists’ and ‘paranoid cranks’. Nature ¹ reports on developments in neuroscience as “posing a potential threat to human rights…” Jean-Pierre Changeux, a neuroscientist at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, told a meeting of the French national bioethics committee that advances in cerebral imagining make the scope for invasion of privacy immense.

He said that although the equipment needed is still highly specialized, it will become commonplace and capable of being used at a distance. That will open the way for abuses such as invasion of personal liberty, control of behaviour and brainwashing. Denis LeBihan, a researcher at the French Atomic Energy Commission, told the meeting that the use of imaging techniques has reached the stage where “we can almost read people’s thoughts

American interest in the hypnosis-EMR [electromagnetic radiation] interaction was still strong as of 1974, when a research plan was filed to develop useful techniques in human volunteers.

The experimenter, J.F. Schapitz, stated:

“In this investigation it will be shown that the spoken word of the hypnotist may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human brain – i.e., without employing any technical devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously”.²

Although our modern electronic age has been in existence only since the turn of this century, individuals have claimed that their minds were being remotely influenced and controlled by machines for at least two centuries.

Recorded way back in 1810 is the case of James Tilly Matthews, a London tea broker, who claimed his mind was being controlled by a gang operating a machine he called an “Air Loom” which sent out invisible, magnetic rays from a London cellar. Matthews believed machines like the Air Loom were also controlling the minds of members of the British Parliament. He wrote letters to the MPs warning them about the machines and the conspiracy behind it. Matthews was committed to Bethlem Hospital as being insane.³

It might be easy to dismiss Matthews’ claims of a machine that can control one’s mind because of the early date. However, his is by no means an isolated case.

In 1994 Ronald K. Siegel, a Associate Research Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA, wrote Whispers: The Voices of Paranoia.⁴ Dr. Siegel, an expert on hallucinations, edited a book on this subject in 1975 with Louis Jolyn West of MKULTRA fame.⁵

MKULTRA, as well as projects BLUEBIRD, ARTI-CHOKE, CHATTER, CASTI-GATE, MKDELTA, MKNAOMI, THIRD CHANCE, MKSEARCH, MKOFTEN, etc., were covert CIA projects involving many prominent members and institutions of the medical and scientific communities to investigate and experiment with various forms of behaviour modification and control using, in many cases, unwitting human subjects. In operation from the late 1940’s until the early 1970’s, they delved into everything from drugs to hypnosis to electronics.⁶

Whispers is a collection of case histories of mind control, (or ‘paranoia’ as he calls it) studied by Siegel. One case concerned a man named Tolman who believed his mind was being controlled by computers via a satellite system named POSSE (Personal Orbiting Satellite for Surveillance and Enforcement). Interestingly, author Dorothy Burdick, in her 1982 book Such Things Are Known described what she claimed was her mind control harassment by computers via satellites.

She names Siegel as being the inventor of a device named FOCUS (Flexible Optical Control Unit Simulator) which can project hallucinations directly onto the retina so the subjects can’t distinguish the images from reality.⁷ In Siegel’s book Tolman claims images are being directly transmitted into his brain.

Siegel says,

“You mean to tell me that here are machines capable of sending visual images directly into the brain?” ⁸

In 1968 Siegel published a professional paper titled, “A Device for Chronically Controlled Visual Input” which is a description of a device he developed to project images directly into the brain of experimental animals via the optic nerve. He suggests further experimentation be “conducted on neonates (kittens) which have their total visual stimulation controlled from the time they open their eyes.” ⁹

Thirty years later a team of US scientists wired a computer to a cat’s brain and created videos of what the cat was seeing. One of the scientists working on the project, Garret Stanley of Harvard University, predicts machines with brain interfaces. We can only imagine how far such technology has advanced in the secret research laboratories of the US government and the military/industrial complex.

Unlike Matthews, today’s victims can point to a wealth of documentation confirming how government agencies and research centers have been developing technologies and methods with the same capabilities that people have been describing for two centuries. These technologies involve elements of psychology, hypnosis, political conspiracies, and even devices that emit “rays” to control the behaviour of others without their knowledge or consent.
